Meet Your Chefs:

Chef Laura studied at Le Cordon Bleu in London and has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants. Trained by a Valencian chef who specializes in paellas, Laura will teach you how to master this iconic dish—just like a true Spaniard. Her classes are not only about cooking, but also about sharing the secrets behind Spain’s ingredients, traditions, and lifestyle. She’ll also recommend local markets, shops, and must-visit spots in Málaga for a full culinary experience.

Chef Diego, originally from Uruguay, was raised and trained in Málaga. His culinary journey began at the age of 9, and his professional career has taken him from traditional Andalusian kitchens to the most exclusive restaurants in the city. Diego specializes in Málaga-style and Andalusian cuisine.
